By using novarin.shop or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They set out what you can expect from novarin, and what we expect from you, in plain English rather than dense legal language.

You’re welcome to use novarin.shop for lawful, personal shopping. In return, we ask that you don’t misuse the site, try to disrupt how it runs, or copy and reuse its content without our permission.
3. Products
• We sell curated vases, stoneware, and related home décor, distributed by us from selected suppliers.
• Colours, textures, and glazes on handmade stoneware vary piece to piece — that’s a natural feature of the material rather than a defect, and it’s noted on the relevant product pages.
• We describe every product as accurately as we can; photos are for illustration, and slight variation from the image is possible on handmade pieces.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email — not at the moment you complete checkout. Every order depends on stock being available; if something you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund that item in full.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in USD ($), and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount — free delivery included, with no hidden extras. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an honest pricing error is spotted before your order ships, we may cancel it and refund you in full rather than dispatch it at the wrong price.
6. Payment

7. Shipping
We deliver free of charge within the United States. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including a prepaid return label and a refund within 7 days once we receive it back.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
